Hey Guys, Show Cancellation 4/4

If you checked out my show on www.blogtalkradio.com/chase95 you noticed that I have missed two shows. I am sorry about that and hope to be back next week. I have been a bit under the weather lately. This week I had planned to talk about the media attention the, in my mind crazy Florida Pasture who burned the Korans. In my opinion all of the media should NOT cover this. If he never got attention no one would no about this man. Thats what I think about it and if you have any opinions on it feel free the email the show @ chasepolitics@aol.com or comment on the post! My Response to President Obama's State of The Union.

Hey guys! The State of The Union adress just finished up, and you may have been keeping up with my live blog on this website and on my twitter page. So I am going to give my response to the adress tonight. To begin with I was impressed with the bipartisanship between the Democrats and Republicans and the seating. Now to the speech, in my opinion one word explains it, flat. The speech had nothing special to it and I felt like many things were not said. I was especially upset about the lack of addressing the debt problem. As you know from my show the national debt is a huge part of my show, and I was very disappointed with that. Now that I have said this, I thought that the overall speech was also fairly bland. The whole adress just seemed flat and frankly in the words of John King "boring". The beginning of the adress was strong, but it was fairly downhill from there. The Republican Response(s) will be coming up soon, and I will be watching that closely. I will have more on my next show which will be live this Monday. Thanks!

TAX CUT BILL PASSED

The US Senate has passed the tax bill meaning that all the current tax rates will continue. Although I support the tax cuts, in the long run I don't think we will be able to keep these low tax rates for much longer. I think both parties goal right now should be to lower the national debt which continues to deepen everyday. If this debt gets any worse I don’t know how we will ever be able to recover from it. The debt is currently at $13,855,771,381,214.59 and keeps going up every second. With a debt of this size I think that we all need to get serious about fixing this issue. If you look at my previous post you will see all of the pork on the last bill. All these projects are ridiculous and to say the least unnecessary. Still In Jail

WikiLeaks founder Assange is still in prison after being granted bail. Now I have not yet stated my opinion on this matter and would like to now and by this matter of course I mean WikiLeaks. WikiLeaks in my opinion is a terrorist organization that should be treated like any other terrorist organization. I think we need to fight WikiLeaks and by fight I don't mean the kind of fighting with weapons, but fight them with our technology. WikiLeaks has put many American lives on the line and is endangering our soldiers. With this said, I think the US Government needs to do more to stop WikiLeaks so that we can move on with our domestic agenda. Thanks for reading!

Finally!

The senate will finally pass the tax cut package and will help working-class Americans. Although I am a little concerned about where the Democratic Party thinks they can get this money from for extending unemployment benefits.. I have had enough of them putting it on my credit card!
